Hi, I'm Jennifer and I've been an educator in the fitness industry for over 20 years. My background is athletics and dance. I was recognised for my creativity and innovation and so joined the world of nationally and internationally presenting which I have been doing for about 10 years. I've presented with some of the biggest UK and International names in the industry in and around the UK at as well as in some fantastic locations, such as Portugal, Spain, Jamaica, Iceland and Rio Brazil, Ireland, Scotland. I am the UK national master trainer for K.O.BO and have educated many instructors in non-contact martial arts, core training and all forms of aerobic exercise. One of my specialities being caribbean style aerobics and aqua. My expertise has led me to give talks on local radio and appeared on TV to talk about the latest fitness concepts that have hit the industry. I have also written editorials and articles for the UK’s leading fitness magazines, on core training and K.O.BO.The K.O.BO workout is the original and leading non-contact aerobic martial art workout. It combines the dynamic punching and kicking of oriental martial arts (tae kwon do, karate, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai, etc) and western boxing, with the breathing, relaxation and postural awareness techniques of yoga and Qi qong. It is a concept that unifies mind, body, and spirit for overall well-being and good health. K.O.BO is not a sport or a martial art , it has been developed in conjunction with a senior sports science university lecturer and K.O.I a governing body for martial arts.
